Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a Process Control Administrator to coordinate all aspects of a client product or service offering from inception to delivery. The role ensures proxy and non-proxy job setup, accuracy, and timely support for issuers’ shareholder mailings.

The Process Control Administrator will coordinate all aspects of a product or service offering for a client, from inception to installation to final delivery. They are responsible for various daily processes pertaining to proxy and non-proxy jobs. This position will be responsible for ensuring that proxy jobs are set up properly prior to distribution, ensuring accuracy and efficiently supporting Client Management Services to complete issuers' mailings for their shareholder meetings.
Salary Range: 47,000 – 52,000 (CAD). Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
