Job summary

Siemens Canada is seeking a Process and Technology Student located in Oakville to analyze, optimize and digitalize business processes within Global Business Services. You will contribute to identifying digital transformation opportunities and participate in agile workshops with consultants and process owners.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master’s or Bachelor’s in computer engineering or computer science and are eager to learn, collaborate across teams, and contribute to continuous improvement

About The Role

For Global Business Services - Project Services/Regional Process Office Team in Canada, we are looking for a Process and Technology Student to be located in Oakville who will be responsible to analyze, optimize and digitalize business processes

What will you do?

• Contribute to identification of new digital transformation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility together with the consultants and the process owners.


• Participate in process optimization & design workshops as part of an agile project team.


• Support our internal improvement, idea and innovation programs.


• Benchmarks and implements local and global initiatives and ensures alignment with company standards

What will you need to succeed?

• Pursuing a Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/computer science or relevant Engineering disciplines.


• Inspired by new technology implementations and enjoy to learn every day,


• Being a early adapter and proactive


• Possessing basic knowledge on algorithms and coding,


• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with the international project members,
