Bluehost is seeking a remote, full-time Customer Support specialist to assist with WordPress site launches, email and SSL troubleshooting, DNS change requests and general website troubleshooting.
Ideal candidates bring strong customer support experience and hands-on WordPress familiarity, handling critical issues and plugin conflicts while working to maintain site stability and user satisfaction.

The target compensation range for this position is $18.00 to $22/hourly. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
