Job summary

Lead Marketing Inc. is seeking a Webmaster and Tech Support Specialist to manage, maintain, and improve company and client websites while supporting daily tech needs. You will administer WordPress sites, handle hosting and domains, implement security, and optimize performance.

You will provide first-line technical support for software, accounts, and connectivity, guide teams on MS 365 apps, and collaborate with remote colleagues in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Qualifications

Formal IT or web development education or equivalent practical experience.
Experience managing WordPress or similar CMS.
Experience with hosting, domains, DNS, SSL and backups.

Responsibilities

Manage and update Lead Marketing Inc. and client websites with WordPress and other CMS.
Publish pages, landing pages, forms, blog posts, images and videos.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot themes, plugins, and integrations.
Monitor performance, fix broken links and display issues, backups, updates and security checks.
Handle hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and email configurations.
Improve speed, accessibility, and on-page SEO optimizations.
