Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver with a strong customer-service mindset to safely deliver parts to pro customers and manage related responsibilities.

You will stage deliveries, handle returns, and promote loyalty programs, while maintaining storefront cleanliness and stock accuracy. Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, basic math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and peers.

Formación

• Safe driving, navigation and street rules knowledge.
• Ability to operate delivery board system and inventory tools.
• Friendly, persuasive communication with customers and peers.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Basic math in all units of measure for transactions.
• Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; promote loyalty programs.
• Deliver flyers and inform customers about weekly/monthly offers.
• Maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to raise transaction value.
• Keep store clean and stock parts; manage back stock and cycles.
• Engage with walk-in customers to determine needs and recommend parts.
