Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers in the Mont-Tremblant area. You will pick up returns, distribute promotional flyers, and help promote loyalty programs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires safe driving, effective communication, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell products. You will interact with walk-in customers and support store operations including stock and inventory tasks.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedures.
• Basic math skills for transactions and measurements.
• Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Stock inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
