Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver in Canada to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and support sales efforts. You’ll promote current promotions, collect credit accounts, and contribute to a clean, organized store environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid license, and strong English communication. Automotive parts knowledge and the ability to upsell will boost performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with automotive parts is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to pro customers and pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect credit accounts daily and build relationships with key customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals for sales support.
