Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers in NB. You will build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, promote loyalty programs, and assist in upselling parts while ensuring a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Automotive parts experience is preferred and relevant training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; promote loyalty programs.
• Engage with walk-in customers to determine needs and upsell products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general stocking; assist with inventory.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
