Job summary

ComForCare Home Care – Saskatchewan is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join on a casual basis in Prince Albert. You will provide private duty nursing services in clients\' homes and community settings, delivering person-centered care with a focus on safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active Saskatchewan LPN or RN registration with good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Experience in home care, community nursing, palliative care, or wound care is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing in clients' homes.
• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and manage medication administration.
• Perform wound care and dressing changes.
• Provide injections and prescribed treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and chronic conditions; report changes.
