Job summary

Navacord Inc. is seeking a PCS Account Manager to service a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, focusing on retention of personal and commercial accounts. You will collaborate with commercial producers to generate referrals and deliver value-added services beyond standard coverage.

The role requires strong client relationships, knowledge of EPIC brokerages software, and the ability to coordinate with underwriters and internal teams to tailor terms and service levels.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of personal lines experience is preferred.
• Experience in High Net Worth space is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class services to clients beyond standard transactions.
• Assist in growth initiatives and client servicing.
• Liaise with underwriters to secure best terms for PCS clients.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products across various markets.
• Support Advisors with accounts receivable for existing client base.
• Collaborate with PCS team to provide exceptional client service.
• Coordinate with Advisors on client service, marketing, and renewal activities.
• Ensure timelines are met with Account Assistants and review documentation for accuracy.
• Manage client account documentation and review risk coverage needs.
• Follow EPIC workflows and maintain custom forms.
• Ensure accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts.
• Pursue training and professional development to enhance skills.
• Perform other duties as required.
