Job summary

RBC PH&N Investment Counsel in Victoria, Canada is offering a role focused on client inquiries, administrative support, and precise trade processing within a high-performing Wealth Management team.

You will manage account openings, documentation, and client cash flows, while staying aligned with RBC Policies. Strong English communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in the Investment Industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Be able to work under high pressure.
  • Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve all client inquiries, administrative errors, etc.
  • Be a key support to the administrative activities and responsibilities of the team
  • Ensure trades are processed accurately and on a timely basis
  • Manage all aspects of account opening and documentation and maintain client cash flows and balances
  • Maintain records and files and attend client meetings as required.
  • Proactively assist with client management of appointments and scheduled meetings / calls
  • Stay current with all RBC Policies & Procedures
  • Assist other team members and continue to strengthen cross-business working relationships.

The expected salary range for the above position is $41,000 - 60,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.

This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment.
