Job summary

RBC in Toronto is seeking a capable professional to support the Investment Counsellor and the team with daily portfolio maintenance and administration, delivering superior service to RBC PH&N Investment Counsel high net worth clients.

You will identify and resolve client inquiries and administrative errors, ensure trades are processed accurately and promptly, manage account openings and documentation, and maintain client cash flows and records; attend meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • Post Secondary Education.
  • CSC / CPH certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar investment role.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under high pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of account opening and documentation and maintain client cash flows and balances

  • Stay current with all RBC Policies & Procedures
  • Assist other team members and continue to strengthen cross-business working relationships.
