Job summary

National Bank of Canada’s Private Banking 1859 seeks a client-focused professional to support Private Bankers in a hybrid Vancouver setting. You will open accounts, process transactions, and build trusted relationships with UHNW clients.

You’ll manage client files, identify opportunities, and contribute to operational improvements while ensuring compliance and risk control in wealth management services.

Qualifications

• Three-year college diploma or equivalent, with related industry experience.
• Knowledge of banking, investments and financial products.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• French language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support Private Bankers with administrative and customer service tasks.
• Develop personalized relationships to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Open commercial and personal accounts and handle client transactions.
• Identify sales opportunities and improve process efficiency.
• Monitor client files and ensure timely processing of financing requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain professional communication.
• Identify and manage risks within Wealth Management activities.
