Qualifications

• Completed three-year college diploma or equivalent and relevant experience.
• Knowledge of banking, investment and financial products.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Private Bankers with administrative and customer service tasks.
• Develop personalized client relationships to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify sales opportunities and optimize customer interventions.
• Open commercial and personal accounts and process transactions.
• Monitor client files to improve administrative and financial activities.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Identify risks inherent to Wealth Management activities.
• Provide products and services meeting client needs.
• Prepare financial and tax-information for financing requests per credit standards.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines for loans, investments, and interest income.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders involved in files.
• Work with affluent clients with professionalism and poise.
