Qualifications

• Completed college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field with three years of relevant experience.
• Completion of the Investment Funds in Canada Course is required.
• Experience in personal and/or commercial credit.
• Knowledge of banking, investment and financing products.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service and strong initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to bankers by ensuring administrative follow-up and customer service.
• Develop personalized, trust-based relationships to enhance client loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to propose a multi-product offer meeting client needs.
• Open business and personal files and perform transactions for clients.
• Ensure compliance and risk management rules are followed.
