Job summary

RBC Private Banking is seeking a Private Banking Associate in Toronto to enhance client experiences by handling servicing requests via email and phone and identifying unmet client needs through daily interactions.

You will deliver a tailored client experience for Private Banking clients in person, by email, and over the phone, resolving concerns at first contact and promoting digital engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of banking experience.
• Proven client service skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming servicing requests via email and phone with high professionalism.
• Deliver a tailored client experience for Private Banking clients across channels.
• Resolve client concerns at first point of contact, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Promote digital education to enable RBC clients to engage through their preferred channel.
