Qualifications

• Provide administrative and sales support to Private Banking Advisors.
• Assist clients with transactional banking needs and respond to queries.
• Experience with loans, mortgages and investments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients arriving for meetings and connect them with the appropriate Private Banking team member.
• Process wires, payments and other banking requests and ensure timely completion.
• Support portfolio management activities and prepare documentation for client reviews and renewals.
• Assist in rolling out marketing events and deposits/investment account activities.
