Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions in Mississauga, ON is seeking an experienced Printing Press Operator for flexible packaging. The role requires 2+ years of hands-on printing press experience, with preference for flexographic/flexo or gravure printing and familiarity with W&H, Miraflex, Uteco, Heidelberg equipment.

Strong English communication and ability to lift up to 30 lbs are required. Day and night shifts rotate on a 12-hour basis; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Printing Press Operator experience.
• Hands-on experience with press setup, operation, and adjustments.
• Experience with flexographic/flexo, gravure, or industrial printing presses.
• Experience with W&H, Miraflex, Uteco, Heidelberg, or Gravure equipment is preferred.
• Flexible packaging experience is an asset.
• Good English communication.
• Basic math and measuring tape skills.

• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including some weekends.

Shift

Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Monthly rotation between day and night shifts.
