Job summary

Agilus by Synergie in Aurora, Ontario is seeking a Print Production Project Manager to lead mid-to-large scale signage and promotional campaigns. You will coordinate briefs, estimate projects, and manage production and inventory to meet deadlines.

Ideal candidates have post-secondary education in graphic communications, 2–3 years in digital print production or account services, and strong MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field; Graphic Communications is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital print production, account services, or a related environment.
• Knowledge of in-store marketing, digital print processes, and print substrates.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, kitting, distribution, and creative workflows.
• Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Promotional and Core in-store signage programs for medium-large scale projects.
• Facilitate client briefings to receive and clarify project briefs.
• Produce project estimates, including spec gathering & testing, and add to client rate cards for new items.
• Develop campaigns based on briefed requirements, build distribution lists, generate production and kitting reports, and maintain inventory.
• Create, review and distribute production documents and prioritize scheduling to meet requirements.
• Act as a liaison between Production, Kitting, Shipping and Outside Suppliers on a daily basis for production issues.
• Maintain campaign database with internal technology team and update query rules.
• Coordinate project briefings, manage client assets and inventory, and ensure accurate project invoicing, including additional charges.
• Engage planning on all out of scope, large or rush projects to ensure capacity & scheduling with team lead.

A day in the life:

• Manage Promotional and Core in-store signage programs for medium-large scale projects
• Facilitate client briefings to receive and clarify project briefs
• Produce project estimates, including spec gathering & testing, and addition to client specific Rate Cards for new items
• Develop all campaigns based on briefed requirements (build of distribution lists using query-based database tool, generation of production and kitting reports, and maintenance of associated inventory)
• Create, review and distribute production documents as required and prioritize scheduling to ensure requirements are met
• Act as a liaison between Production, Kitting, Shipping, and Outside Suppliers being the key contact on a daily basis for all production issues
• Maintain campaign database with internal technology team (including addition of new query rules and modifications)
• Coordinate project briefings, manage client assets and inventory, and ensure accurate project invoicing, including additional charges.
• Engage planning team on all out of scope, large or rush projects to ensure manufacturing capacity & job scheduling/planning with the assistance of a team lead or supervisor

Successful candidates will have:

• Post-secondary education in a related field; Graphic Communications is preferred.
