Agilus by Synergie in Paris, Ontario is seeking a Project Manager - Metal Fabrication to lead millwork projects for signage and fixtures. You will gather client requirements, prepare estimates, manage production, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery while driving growth.

The role requires 3–5+ years in project or account management within retail signage or millwork, CAD familiarity, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project or account management experience in retail signage or millwork.
• Experience with estimating, material specs, CAD, and production documentation.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-location rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead client briefings to gather and translate requirements into actionable millwork plans.
• Develop accurate project estimates including material specs and rate cards.
• Oversee production campaigns, distribution lists, reporting, and inventory management.
• Create and distribute production documentation while prioritizing schedules for on-time delivery.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and external suppliers for consistency and quality.
• Drive sales growth and long-term relationships while supporting strategic projects.

A day in the life

• Lead client briefings to gather, clarify, and translate requirements into actionable plans specific to millwork solutions.
• Develop accurate project estimates, including material specifications (wood, finishes), testing, and maintenance of client-specific rate cards.
• Oversee campaign execution, including distribution list creation, production reporting, kitting coordination, and inventory management of millwork components.
• Create, review, and distribute production documentation while prioritizing schedules to ensure timely delivery of custom-built fixtures and signage.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Production, Kitting, Shipping) and external suppliers, ensuring quality and consistency across millwork production processes.
• Manage high-value client accounts, driving sales growth, profitability, and long-term relationships, while supporting strategic projects, custom builds, and continuous process improvements within millwork programs.

You bring

• 3–5+ years of project or account management experience in retail signage or millwork.
• Knowledge of millwork materials, fabrication processes, finishes, and installation requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-location rollouts involving custom fixtures or signage.
• Ability to prepare estimates, interpret technical specifications, and manage production documentation.
• Ability to review CAD drawings and explain technical details clearly to clients and internal teams.
• A combination of client-facing and hands-on production experience.
• Experience coordinating production teams, fabrication shops, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and project tracking tools; ERP or inventory system experience is an asset.
