Job summary

Royal Printers in New Westminster, BC, is seeking a high-energy Print Project Manager to help clients manage printing orders from quote to delivery. You will act as liaison between customers and production, respond to inquiries, grow accounts, and coordinate with reps for large accounts.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in commercial printing or a customer-facing role, is detail-oriented, and communicates effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial printing environment serving business clients
• OR
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably inside sales/customer management
• High-energy self-starter with a positive attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-service oriented and takes pride in making customers happy
• Calm under pressure and able to adjust priorities in a dynamic environment
• Preference given to applicants with experience in printing or a complementary industry

Responsibilities

• Acting as a liaison between customers and our production team to help ensure all projects are completed smoothly from quote to delivery
• Replying to incoming leads and inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
• Helping to grow accounts by promoting various product categories and solving customer problems
• Working closely with assigned reps to manage communication with larger accounts
• Managing client approval for quotes and proofs before proceeding to production
• Communicating openly with our production team to ensure delivery times are adhered to
