Job summary

Randstad Canada in Sarnia, ON is hiring a Delivery Account Operations Associate Level 2 on a 12-month contract. You will receive, manage and process print jobs via email and hard copy requests, coordinate mail distribution and courier shipments, and provide daily customer support.

The role runs Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with a pay rate of $20/hour and potential for extension or conversion.

Responsibilities

• Receive, manage, and process print jobs submitted via email and hard copy requests.
• Print production and finishing activities (cutting, binding, folding, etc.).
• Mail sorting, processing, and distribution.
• Courier coordination and shipment preparation.
• Daily interaction with customers and end users.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide operational support.
• General operational support as required.
