Job summary

Alberta Motor Association in Edmonton is seeking a Print & Mail Services Representative to run mail processing, document management production, shipping and receiving, and post-print duties. You will work with an integrated team to ensure critical communications are processed accurately, on time, and to high quality standards.

You’ll handle Canada Post mail, printing tasks, fulfillment, quality inspections, and equipment maintenance while coordinating with staff, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage multiple service requests and deadlines.
• Strong computer proficiency and willingness to learn business software.
• Experience in production management, print production, or mail services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing Canada Post mail, courier shipments, and internal correspondence with accurate tracking and distribution.
• Support document management and print production activities, including file processing, printing, insertion, fulfillment, collation, and distribution.
• Help ensure service levels are met through timely processing and production of documents and materials.
• Coordinate with staff, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to support efficient service delivery and materials management.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities to support broader operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient production environment.
• Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production runs to ensure accurate output.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
