Elastic is seeking a Principal Product Manager to guide ITDR within Elastic Security, shaping the roadmap for identity-based threat detection and response across on-prem and cloud environments. You will drive non-human and AI identity strategies, collaborate with threat researchers and data scientists, and evangelize our approach to a global security community.

You will own the vision, partner across teams, and influence product direction while staying close to customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or solution delivery for security products (SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity security).
• Knowledge of identity-based attack techniques and identity fabric (Active Directory, cloud identity providers, SSO, OAuth).
• Fluency with non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents).
• Deep understanding of AI/ML landscape (behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, agentic systems).
• Ability to lead across a matrixed organization in a remote-first environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR within Elastic Security.
• Model and plan non-human and AI identities, including service accounts and workloads.
• Collaborate with threat research, detection engineering, and data scientists to address identity threats.
• Drive response and containment strategies with identity-system integrations and automation.
• Engage with enterprise customers to refine requirements and product needs.
• Partner with design to create investigator experiences integrating identity signals across SIEM/XDR.
• Stay informed on identity-security market trends to guide strategy.
• Advocate Elastic's identity capabilities through content and community engagement.
