Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the Data & AI platform initiatives. You will shape the roadmap for internal data products used by engineers, analysts, and scientists to discover, access, govern, curate, process, deploy, and observe data at scale.

You’ll partner with Data/Platform Engineering, Analytics, Architecture, Security, and Governance to deliver scalable capabilities, focusing on developer productivity, governance, and secure data consumption in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Management, Data Product Management, Platform Product Management, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years working with technical teams such as Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Architecture.
• Experience delivering internal platforms, developer tools, data products, or enterprise technology capabilities.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, governance, and observability.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with Jira.

Responsibilities

• Execute the product roadmap for enterprise data platform capabilities including ingestion, governance, metadata, quality, and self-service workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Analytics, Architecture, Security, and Governance teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
• Translate user needs into platform requirements and product enhancements for data engineers and scientists.
• Define and prioritize requirements, user stories, and technical capabilities to improve usability and reliability.
• Establish success metrics and measure platform adoption, efficiency, and business impact.
• Ensure data governance, lineage, access controls, and auditability are embedded in platform capabilities.
