Position Overview:
As a Level 4 Principal Manufacturing Engineer, you will transition from traditional process engineering to fully owning the end-to-end manufacturing system for our prototype aircraft development program. In this advanced role, you will be responsible for manufacturing engineering, supplier transition, specialized tooling development, production planning, and first article assembly, while leading the manufacturing team on the floor. You must be equally comfortable troubleshooting complex assembly challenges alongside technicians, optimizing build layouts within the CAD environment, and auditing technical capabilities at a supplier's production facility.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
