Our Client, a leading Global Firm, is seeking Lead Developers/Software Engineers to spearhead an evolution in their software development practices.

Who?

We are looking for talented coders and engineers, 'Alpha Nerds' who lead by example. If you have designed systems and written substantial high-quality code from scratch, we want to hear from you. Experience across different programming languages and operating systems is welcome, as long as you are proficient in C/C++/C# .Net, Java, and Python on Linux. Industry background is less important than your expertise and excellence in your craft.

What will you do?

1. Understand current standard technologies and usage patterns.

4. Contribute to InnerSource projects supporting technical standards.
5. Build relationships across teams and platforms to share learnings and gather feedback.
6. Manage multiple initiatives efficiently, monitoring activities according to plan.
7. Communicate regularly with partners and teams across Canada and globally.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

• At least 4 years of professional experience in a developer role, with expertise in Java, C#, Python, or C++.
• Experience developing and maintaining containerized applications on Kubernetes, including familiarity with Helm.
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts and tooling.
• Interest in staying current with application design trends and new features.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
