As a registered professional in BC, with 10-15 years of experience in this field, and ideally a Contaminated Sites Approved Professional, you will be part of our growing team meeting our client needs around the BC province.   • You direct projects from proposal to implementation, including proposal preparation, contract review, project delivery, financial control, and client relationship management to ensure deliverables meet client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills to empower your colleagues

What You'll Bring To WSP

  • You have a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and share knowledge
  • You are self-motivated, flexible, nimble, and think outside the box
  • You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, Biology, or related discipline
  • You have 10-15 years of experience in environmental consulting
  • You possess a relevant professional designation registered in BC such as P.Eng., P.Geo., P.Ag., P.Chem., or R.P.Bio.
  • You are (or interested/eligible to become) a member of the Society of Contaminated Sites Approved Professionals of British Columbia
  • You have proven experience providing technical and regulatory advice, and conducting senior review of project deliverables
  • You demonstrate leadership in managing project teams with excellent communication skills internally and externally
  • You have a clean Driver’s Abstract and are willing to travel occasionally

Compensation

Expected Salary (British Columbia): $122,500 to $187,200

The final salary may vary based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and organizational needs. The listed salary range is subject to change for business reasons.
