As a registered professional in BC, with 10-15 years of experience in this field, and ideally a Contaminated Sites Approved Professional, you will be part of our growing team meeting our client needs around the BC province.   • You work closely with various practitioners including our Contaminated Sites Approved Professionals, accessing a team with deep technical knowledge and expertise
  • You direct projects from proposal to implementation, including proposal preparation, contract review, project delivery, financial control, and client relationship management to ensure deliverables meet client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills that you will leverage to empower your colleagues
  • You are well-supported by colleagues from various disciplines and levels, helping you succeed in reaching your personal and project goals

What You'll Bring To WSP

Recognizing that not everyone will tick all the boxes, here are some key qualities you will bring:

  • A positive and enthusiastic can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge
  • You are self-motivated, flexible, nimble, and able to think outside the box
  • You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, Biology, or a related discipline
  • You have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in environmental consulting
  • You have a relevant professional designation registered in BC such as P.Eng., P.Geo., P.Ag., P.Chem., or R.P.Bio.
  • You are (or interested/eligible to become) a member of the Society of Contaminated Sites Approved Professionals of British Columbia
  • You have proven experience providing technical and regulatory advice to clients and conducting senior reviews of project deliverables
  • You have demonstrated leadership in managing project teams, with excellent communication skills both internally and externally
  • You hold a clean Driver’s Abstract and are willing to travel occasionally
Compensation

Expected Salary (British Columbia): $122,500 to $187,200

The final salary may vary based on education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and organizational needs. The salary range may be subject to change.
