Job summary

Edmonton Catholic Schools invites applications for a temporary Grade 2 teacher. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Education and a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate and will teach Grade 2 according to the Alberta curriculum.

Experience with the Grade 2 curriculum is an asset, and the role operates within a faith-based, collaborative school community emphasizing student success and staff well-being. End date: June 30, 2027.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor of Education and valid Alberta Teaching Certificate.
• Experience with Grade 2 curriculum is an asset.
• Temporary teaching assignment for Grade 2 with 1.0 FTE.

Responsibilities

• Teach Grade 2 in alignment with the Alberta curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a faith-based school community.
• Contribute to student well-being and learning outcomes during the temporary assignment.

Teaching Assignment: Grade 2. Any experience with the Grade 2 curriculum would be an asset.
