Job summary

Northern Health is hiring a Physiotherapist for its Primary Care team in British Columbia. You will work within interprofessional care settings including physician practices, homes, and schools, delivering evidence-based physiotherapy aligned with patient goals.

Responsibilities include clinical follow-up, collaborative care planning, and contributing to a patient-centered care plan in a dynamic Primary Care environment.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCP BC).
• Two years of experience in acute care, long-term care, or community settings.
• Valid BC Driver's license where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy in primary care settings as part of an interprofessional team.
• Conduct clinical follow-up and update care plans in collaboration with the patient.
• Support patient goals of care and coordinate plans with other health professionals.
