Interior Health Authority in Kamloops, BC is seeking an experienced Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist to join our Kamloops Northshore Urgent & Primary Care Center Pharmacy Team.

The Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services within the primary care network, collaborating with an inter-professional team to develop patient-specific therapeutic plans and monitor drug therapy.

This is a Relief Full Time opportunity, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, coverage until the incumbent returns.

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to primary care patients within the network.
• Collaborate with an inter-professional team to develop patient-specific therapeutic plans.
• Monitor and adjust drug therapy based on clinical outcomes and patient response.
