Job summary

Northern Health is seeking an experienced Primary Care Assistant who is self-directed and service oriented. Working under the supervision of a Manager or designate, you will join the interprofessional team to deliver safe, efficient primary care services in a clinic and community setting.

You will provide operational and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily clinic operations at Harbour Clinic. A Class 5 Driver's License is required; work hours are Monday to Friday, days.

Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed Primary Care Assistant.

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the Primary Care Assistant functions as a member of the interprofessional team. As an integral member of the team, the Primary Care Assistant works to support Primary Care providers and the Interprofessional Team (IPT) in the delivery of safe, efficient, and quality Primary Care Services throughout Northern Health. The Primary Care Assistant provides both operational and administrative support in a clinic and/or other community setting in accordance with Northern Health policies and procedures.

Must have Class 5 Driver's License. Work site is Harbour Clinic.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 12:30 to 16:30, 08:30 to 16:30, 08:30 to 16:15
