Job summary

UAP is seeking a Process and Automation Specialist to design, develop, and maintain automated solutions for pricing management, product management, and master data. The role accelerates price changes and new products while improving data quality and reducing manual tasks.

You will build dashboards in Power BI, collaborate with Pricing, Master Data, Product Management, and IT, and implement robust automation across Canada. A programming-heavy profile with business insight is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of process development and automation experience.
Proficient in Python; experience with Power Platform and Power BI.
Advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with pricing, product management or master data processes.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365) is a plus.
Bilingual French and English communication across Canada.

Responsibilities

Develop automated solutions (Python, VBA, SQL, Power Platform) for pricing, product, and master data.
Design and maintain scripts for supplier price lists and mass updates.
Automate product status, contract price changes, and retail price updates.
Implement automated controls to enhance data integrity and reduce errors.
Develop dashboards and KPIs in Power BI for improved visibility.
Document solutions and ensure ongoing maintenance and evolution.
Identify new automation opportunities within the team.
Serve as technical reference for automation and data structuring.
Train and support users during deployment of new tools.
