RONA is seeking a customer‑focused associate to greet customers, verify price changes, and help maintain smooth store operations. You’ll review daily reports, perform monthly price audits, and monitor for security concerns while assisting shoppers with a positive, informative experience.

Ideal candidates are autonomous, organized, and comfortable using multiple computer systems to support daily transactions and inventory tasks. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in a retail setting handling customers is a plus.
• Ability to work with multiple computer systems and store software.
• Demonstrates initiative, autonomy and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and communicate with customers in a warm, courteous manner to provide quick service.
• Review daily reports and price changes; ensure price changes are printed daily.
• Complete monthly price audits.
• Monitor store for potential security risks and adhere to loss-prevention policies.
• Perform other related tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
