Job summary

RONA is seeking a frontline team member to welcome customers, handle purchases, and keep checkout areas tidy in a busy Charlottetown store. You will balance cash reports, follow loss-prevention and safety protocols, and support daily store operations.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, accuracy in transactions, and a readiness to assist customers and colleagues in a dynamic retail environment. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence is essential.
• Ability to resolve a range of issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail in checkout and transactions.
• Able to stand for long periods and occasionally work outdoors.
• Experience with cash register systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

Your role:
