The Position

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for maintaining and updating Henry Schein Canada's pricing systems, ensuring detailed knowledge of all pricing tools and systems.

1. Quotes: Use data from various sources to create customer quotes aimed at winning business with optimal profit margins.
2. Pricing System: Understand and utilize HSC’s pricing systems effectively, working with management to maximize their benefits.
3. Competitor Pricing: Analyze competitive data from flyers, websites, and vendors to maintain HSC's competitive edge.
4. Chargebacks: Enroll customers in chargebacks and maintain accurate records.
5. Pricing Strategy: Implement and evaluate HSC’s pricing strategies, recommending adjustments as needed.
6. Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct analyses on customer feedback, market trends, and product assessments for informed decision-making.
7. Sales Plans: Develop and update sales plans, enrolling customers into appropriate pricing plans.
8. Corporate Brand Conversion: Use sales data to optimize corporate brand products.
9. Sales Team Support: Support sales staff with pricing and system inquiries.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience in marketing or finance, a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven ability to manage and analyze data to influence sales decisions. Proficiency in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SQL, Python, R, or SAS. Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a customer-centric environment.
