Key Responsibilities

1. Work under the direction of BIM Manager/Coordinators
2. Create detailed 3D models of structural components such as beams, columns, walls, slabs, and foundations using REVIT based on 2D markups
3. Develop detailed structural drawings including floor plans, sections, and schedules
4. Maintain positive relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
5. Provide support for staff on REVIT models

Requirements

1. Completed College or University in a relevant BIM-related program
2. Experience consulting in structural engineering and construction would be an asset
3. Well-developed computer and analytical skills
4. Proficiency working with CAD packages such as AutoCAD and Revit
5. Knowledge of or experience in the field on construction projects would be an asset
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
7. Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and ability to think creatively
8. Ability to work with engineers in different disciplines on development projects
