It is a fast paced, team orientated atmosphere that places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The service department is an important area of our business, ensuring that our equipment is ready and available for our customers. This position requires a hard-working, dedicated individual with excellent attention to detail, who can excel in a busy, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities : Complete lubrication services and repairs;Coordinate convenient preventative maintenance service scheduling with customers;Document all service and repair information;Promote preventative maintenance and lube service capabilities to customers;Organize and control inventory of all lube truck equipment and truck stock;Conduct minor warranty repairs;Proactively and responsibility maintain positive customer relations at all times;Other duties as required.Key Qualifications : A technician with experience in complete preventative maintenance / lube service;Hands-on experience and existing knowledge of the service and maintenance requirements of all types of construction equipment;Ability to work independently, skilled in time management and organization;Familiarity of the region with the ability to maneuver efficiently and effectively in all traffic situations;Adaptable to on-call work schedules and willing to work in all weather conditions; prepared to work on nuclear and environmental sites, agricultural settings, and mining sites;Willing to be trained and designated as a Canadian Nuclear Worker.Willing and able to work flexible hours (weekends / afternoon shifts) in support of business needs;A customer-centric and positive attitude as well as good communication skills;Experience with computers and Microsoft applications;Willingness to participate in safe workplace safety, and environmentally sound behaviors and practices at all times in support of Battlefield's health and safety policy programs and initiatives;A valid G-class driver's license and clean driver's abstract is mandatory.Additional Qualifications : Familiarity with CAT systems (ET and SIS) would be considered beneficial);Applicant must be able to perform heavy lifting; as heavy lifting will be required frequently;Your own tools are required.Job Type : Full-timeSalary : $27.00 per hourBenefits : Company pensionDental careDisability insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Stock Purchase PlanExtended health careLife insuranceOn-site parkingCompetitive vacation policyVision careSchedule : Day shiftBattlefield Equipment Rentals is committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive.
