Position: Second Pressman

Essential Functions:

1. Operate and adjust the printing press.
2. Maintain accurate records of production.
3. Ensure product quality and production efficiency.
4. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
5. Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
6. Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
7. Participate in ongoing training and development.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

1. High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent experience.
2. On-the-job training or related experience preferred.

Skills and Physical Requirements:

1. Adherence to safety policies and government regulations (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety Act).
