Bradford Jacobs has partnered with a newly independent technology and industrial group headquartered in Toronto.
The group is developing and commercialising innovative products across technology and robotics, alongside strategic investments within the technology sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, senior leadership team at an early stage and play a central role in building the organisation through its first phase of growth.
Reporting to the Board, the President will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the business.
This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial leadership role. You will establish the corporate head office, build and lead the initial team, own the operating budget and P&L, and oversee the organisation through its first year as a public company.
Initially, you will personally cover a broad range of responsibilities across sales, operations, business development and commercialisation while the wider organisation is established.
The primary mandate will be to generate initial commercial revenue across two product lines while establishing the operational and governance infrastructure required to support a successful public company.
The successful candidate is likely to be an experienced President, General Manager, Managing Director or Business Unit Leader who has operated with significant commercial and financial accountability.
This is a rare opportunity for an entrepreneurial senior executive to take a genuine build‑from‑the‑ground‑up leadership position, with significant influence over strategy, commercialisation, team development and the creation of a new public‑company platform.
