West Cirque Construction (WCC) is a new corporate entity formed to capitalize on the ownership group’s vast construction experience across Alberta & Saskatchewan. The ownership group’s flagship company has built over 4,000 residential units and amassed an impressive array of complementary sub trades. WCC is well poised with solid trade connections, both internally and externally, to be aggressive in its quest to seek third-party general contracting opportunities.

WCC is now seeking a new President to lead overall operations, including vision and strategy, business development, team growth, and implementation of scalable systems and processes. The role focuses on long-term sustainable growth while maintaining WCC’s entrepreneurial and agile culture.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, entrepreneurial construction leader with P&L experience in a general contracting environment. Specific wood-frame multi-residential construction expertise is preferred. They will bring a growth and strategic mindset capable of building strong relationships across the organization, ownership, industry, and clients.

Ideally based in Alberta or Saskatchewan, this is a unique opportunity to take on an entrepreneurial opportunity to grow a business while leveraging the scale, pipeline, and integrated capabilities of a more mature private developer.
