As part of a planned succession process, Cresco is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next chapter of vision, leadership, and operational strengthen to guide the organization though its next phase of disciplined growth. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide the strategic leadership, business acumen, and execution excellence required to advance Cresco’s long-term vision while preserving the values that have been central to the company’s success. The CEO must be operationally engaged, with the ability to move between high-level strategy and remain connected to the day-to-day execution of the business as needed and ensuring organizational priorities are effectively translated into measurable results and aligned with Cresco's strategic plan.The successful candidate will identify and capitalize on new opportunities, strengthen key partnerships, and ensure the company continues to deliver exceptional value in a dynamic and evolving market. Equally adept in the boardroom, with business partners and investors, in engagement with government and regulatory stakeholders, and alongside internal leadership teams, the CEO will drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

You possess a strong understanding of real estate development and investment-based businesses, including asset growth, portfolio management, and investment structures. The ideal candidate is accountable, transparent, and committed to building a high-performing organization that is both innovative and financially prudent.

A relationship builder by nature, the ideal candidate is collaborative, diplomatic, and highly effective at engaging diverse stakeholders. Experience working with investors, lenders, and business partners is essential, while knowledge of HRM planning, development, and regulatory processes would be considered a strong asset.
