Job summary

SAM Controls, based in Regina, Saskatchewan, seeks a senior executive to lead Canada and Middle East operations, shaping strategy and driving growth in enterprise security and facility digitization. You will partner with the President to define direction and ensure delivery to major clients.

You will own regional revenue targets, build and lead a high-caliber team across sales, product, engineering and delivery, and represent the company with clients, partners and stakeholders at the executive

Qualifications

• Senior executive experience leading a technology or security solutions business.
• A track record of scaling enterprise B2B operations across multiple regions.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience owning revenue and growth targets.
• Experience in security, facility management, IoT, or enterprise software is a strong asset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
