Job summary

Sobeys is seeking a Deli/A La Carte Supervisor to provide friendly, professional customer service and oversee the Deli/A La Carte Department in the Manager's absence. You will actively contribute to employee and customer engagement and ensure department standards are met.

Responsibilities include supervising deli staff, fulfilling orders, merchandising scenarios, maintaining sanitation, and performing administrative tasks as required. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months of experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
