Compass Group Canada is seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The role focuses on breakfast prep, fast service, and delivering quality food to guests.

You will work independently at the Chef's Table station, handle multiple orders during breakfast and lunch, and maintain sanitation and presentation standards.

Flexible shifts, 5:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and a commitment to customer service are essential. Prior kitchen experience preferred and reliability valued.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cooking or food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy kitchen.
• Experience with breakfast wraps, sandwiches, and made-to-order meals.
• Ability to operate a Chef's Table live cooking station safely.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be available for shifts between 5:30 AM and 7:30 PM and confirm availability as required.

Responsabilités
