Role

As the Premium Services Manager at Prospera Place, you’ll be the go-to for all things premium at the arena. From managing suite presentations to overseeing catering contracts and guest communication, you\'re the behind-the-scenes magician making sure every premium guest walks away feeling truly valued and impressed. Whether it\'s a high-stakes hockey night, a sold-out concert, or a private event, you\'re all over the details and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the premium services at the arena, including managing suite presentations, overseeing catering contracts, and handling guest communication.
• Ensure every premium guest walks away feeling truly valued and impressed; coordinate details for high-stakes events, concerts, and private functions.
• Be the behind-the-scenes support ensuring smooth operations and premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Ideally, at least 2 years of management experience, preferably in hospitality or a premium service industry.
• Strong communication and people skills to inspire your team and impress guests.
• Confident with food safety procedures; leading by example comes naturally.
• Quick on your feet, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable experiences.

Contract Details

This is a 9-month full time contract (but we\'re open to part time 25-35 hours), with the potential to transition into a full-time permanent role within GSL. It\'s the perfect role for someone who loves variety, thrives under pressure, and is looking to step into a key leadership position in a dynamic venue.
