Qualifications

• Lift a minimum of 50lbs.
• Ability to stand for full shifts.
• Drive both standard and automatic vehicles.
• Class 5 Alberta driving license with clear abstract.
• Provide excellent customer service with local knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and assist with luggage.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and suggestions.
• Maintain entrance and lobby appearance.
• Approach and assist guests with vehicle arrival and parking duties.
• Safely deliver luggage to hotel rooms and secure belongings.
• Provide information about Fantasyland Hotel, West Edmonton Mall, and Edmonton sights.
