Job summary

Framerz Prefab Solutions Ltd. in Crossfield, Alberta, is seeking a Prefab Assembly Technician for full-time, permanent work from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

You will build structural wood components for prefab wall panels, guided by production drawings and standardized workflows, contributing to efficient manufacturing and timely project delivery. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow a career in prefab construction alongside an experienced production team.

Qualifications

  • Experience using hand and power tools in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to safely lift and handle construction materials throughout the day.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble wood framing components using production drawings and specifications.
  • Safely operate pneumatic nailers, saws, and other hand/power tools.
  • Maintain quality standards while meeting production targets.
  • Assist with material handling and workstation organization.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain production flow.
  • Follow company safety procedures and quality standards at all times.

Framerz Prefab Solutions Ltd. designs and manufactures prefabricated wall panel systems for residential, town home, multi-family, and mid-rise wood-frame construction throughout Alberta.

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and take pride in producing quality results. Whether your background is in framing, carpentry, manufacturing, or another trade, we provide training and support to help you succeed.

About The Role

As a Prefab Assembly Technician, you'll build structural wood components that become part of our prefabricated wall panel systems. Working from production drawings and standardized workstations, you'll help produce accurate, high‑quality assemblies that support efficient manufacturing and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
