Job summary

Autismservices in Canada is seeking a Residential Framer to build wood-frame structures according to plans and building codes, collaborating with an experienced team to deliver high-quality work.

You will read blueprints, measure and cut lumber, install framing components, and operate hand and power tools safely on a full-time, year-round schedule with overtime opportunities and pathways for advancement.

Qualifications

  • Previous framing or carpentry experience preferred (apprentices and experienced framers welcome).
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights, and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Reliable transportation to and from facility.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance.
